I broke down yesterday evening at 1730 with a snapped alternator belt, which meant the battery was completely drained a few hours later so my hazard lights went out leaving stuck on the outside lane a few feet before a roundabout. The RAC had been called but quoted 4-5 hours. By 2330 and the RAC still quoting 3 hours to wait, I googled local breakdown assistance.

FDC advertised a 24 hour service and we agreed £70 to get me started or take me to a local garage. They arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem and took my car to my local garage. An excellent Service, highly recommend.
